Cassandra & Charles Xavier | 2/12/24
"What do we have here? What has my dear sweet brother been up to?"
She said to herself pushing open the door as she walked inside. It was mid morning. The hustle and bustle of the school day had started. She would stop the first person she'd see.
"Take me to Charles."
She demanded the poor child who would comply leading her towards his classroom. Once there she'd give the child a nod leaning against the doorframe blue eyes watching Charles.
He would recognize this presence no matter what, and when he felt her, his eyes shot to her, blue eyes meeting hers. Even though he was just in the middle of explaining something, he stopped and smiled at the students.
"You all have a lucky day. For the rest of the lesson, you have it free. Use it well; tomorrow I want to hear what you have done with your free time. The weather is great, so I expect everyone to go outside." The students were perhaps surprised, but they didn't complain, especially when Charles Xavier gave them a free afternoon. So they started to pack their things, and everyone began to leave the classroom.
Charles's eyes were fixed on Cassandra, and he then waved for her to come closer. "What brings me the pleasure?" He had always searched for her, but was this one truly his twin sister?
She would step in leaning against the wall watching the students file out excited for the free time he had given them. So many young minds she could probe. So much she could do with them. No. She was going to maintain her act. Playing the innocent lost sister. Once the classroom was empty she would push herself off the wall and make her way over to him.
"It's finally nice to meet you Charles."
